TL Magazine — the Brussels-based design and craft title — writes on Alba Amicorum as a serious practice in contemporary collecting. The feature treats each edition as a piece of art with provenance: the certificate of authenticity, the numbered run, the collaborator's signature on the cloth.
The editor's framing — "art to wear and collect" — became one of the lines we keep coming back to, because it captures the dual logic of the atelier: a piece can be lived with, and also kept.
