Shipping policy

Delivery to EU countries may be significantly slower than the quoted standard shipping times, due to the new customs procedures and backlogs. Please allow for 2-6 weeks for delivery, however this is an estimate and orders may be subject to further delays. Please note that if your order does not arrive after 6 weeks we may ask you to wait a little longer before shipping replacements, or recommend a refund.

Duties and taxes may be charged once the order arrives in the destination country. While we are working to minimize the impact to our customers, Alba Amicorum Ltd cannot take responsibility for the added charges. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s imports and customs policies before placing an order.

Please note that to avoid additional charges to our customers, tracked orders to the EU are currently being sent by couriers that are best positioned with the new laws.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. 

All orders are sent with tracking and will require a signature at the destination.

SHIPPING FEES

All orders are shipped free of charge.

For all other destinations, you can calculate your shipping fee once you have added your items to your bag. Please enter the destination address and country to see prices and delivery options.

DUTIES AND TAXES

International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. 

Please note the customer is responsible for all tax and/or custom charges.

 Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order. Alba Amicorum Ltd. is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.

REMOTE AREAS

If you live in a remote area, and you select DHL as your shipping method, your order may incur a delivery surcharge of £17.50. In this instance, we reserve the right to withhold your order until we receive payment for this surcharge from you. Please note that extra time should be allocated for your order to arrive.
