Darshana Shilpi Rouget was born in Bombay into a family of artists and has lived and worked in New York, Brussels, and London. Her practice spans life drawing, graphic design, and experimental painting, capturing the subtle rhythms of gesture, movement, and emotion.

With a deep interest in seeing and sharing art for personal interpretation, she selects works that resonate with her vision and translates them into limited edition silk and cashmere scarves for Alba Amicorum. Founded in 2016, Alba Amicorum evolved into its current form in 2020.

Through her own work and collaborations, Darshana continues to explore new ways of seeing, finding poetry in the human form, abstract shapes, and the quiet beauty of everyday life.
