100% cashmere scarffringed edges
Originally painted in watercolour on hand made paper, Moriny Huch, meaning 'horse power' in Mongolian, is printed on pure cashmere capturing the texture and detail of each brushstroke and crease of the paper. The material was chosen for this scarf as Chimeddorj's native Mongolia is renowned for its cashmere. Raised within a traditional culture of nomadic horsemen, Chimeddorj is most known for his paintings of horses; depicting the body language of horses. Here the composition depicts the bold forms of two horses in primary colours, the cashmere scarf brings the dynamic and rhythm of the artwork to life as it is worn and draped.
